🐫 Day 1: Into the Dunes & First Camp

After meeting you at your guesthouse in Merzouga village, you’ll leave your vehicle in a secure parking area and prepare for your Sahara journey with just the essentials.

In the late afternoon—about two hours before sunset—your camel trek begins. Riding into the heart of the Erg Chebbi dunes, the trek takes about 1.5 hours, with stops to:

• Enjoy the silence and beauty of the Sahara

• Take photos and admire the sweeping golden landscapes

• Try sandboarding, if you're up for the adventure

As the sun sets in spectacular fashion, you’ll continue to the desert camp, where you’ll be greeted with a glass of refreshing mint tea. After a delicious Berber dinner, enjoy traditional drumming music around the campfire, gaze at the star-filled sky, and sleep in a cozy Berber tent.

🏜️ Day 2: Deeper into the Sahara

Wake early to witness the magical sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, continue your adventure with a 1.5–2 hour camel trek deeper into the desert to reach the second nomadic camp.

Along the way, you’ll:

• Stop for lunch and tea at a small, tranquil Saharan oasis

• Relax in the dunes, sunbathe, or just soak in the peace of the desert

You’ll sleep in comfort again at a Berber-style desert camp surrounded by towering dunes.

🌅 Day 3: Sunrise & Return to Merzouga

On your final morning, wake early once more to take in the sunrise—a perfect farewell to the Sahara.

After breakfast and a refreshing shower at camp, you’ll:

• Camel trek back to the original starting point
